Vanity is out of box. Vanity is being sold *AS-IS* because it does not come with stone top. Additionally, there is a small sliver of a chip off the back of the sink (where the stone top adhesive broke it off - will not be visible with new top installed) and a bit of paint chipping on the front right leg.
