Out of box, The top and base to this bay hutch unit come unattached from each other. There are also two packages of the adjustable shelves for the top piece.
**AS-IS: There is a crack above the back left-facing left of the base. Overall the hutch unit also has a few cracks in the finish along some joints and corners. The worst are inside along the back left-facing of the cabinets in the base. The base also has some light marks on the top. The top of the hutch has a few small cracks as well.
