Open box, SET INCLUDES TWO CHAIRS. Not in it's original box. NO instructions included. Hardware is loose, and some may not be included. There are some dust stains on chair seats. Please refer to in house photos for white markings on the framing as well as some marking on the cushion seats. Assembly will be required.
