Item is out of box and in great condition. Only thing to mention is a very small tear in the fabric on the back dust flap, barely noticeable. Please see all photos.
Item is fully assembled other than 2 back pieces (the pieces right above the cup holders) need to be permanently attached. Screws and instructions included.
