Out of box, The top and base to this triple-bay hutch unit come unattached from each other. There are also two packages of the adjustable shelves for the top piece.

**There are a few marks and small paint cracks in a couple places in the paint finish along the trim. There are also a couple small chips on the right-facing side of the hutch base. Please see in-house photos for close-ups and more details.
