Open/out of box set. Please read description: This is for a set of 2, one of the lights is out of box and does have some slight damage/imperfections on the bamboo part, see pics. Also, the stock photo shows a ceiling mount that is different than the one we have, please see our pics of the directions that shows the flush mount we have.
