Note: This is an out-of-the-box. Item requires assembly and has all hardware and tools required for assembly. This has been previously put together and the holes where the screws for the drop leaf assembly have been filled for reassembly. There is also a gash on three of the corners of the drop leaves that are not visible when the leaf is up position. See in-house photos for details.
