Note: Open box item, the actual size of this barn door is 36" x 84" (the website lists this as 90" with the hardware, we have the door only, no sliding hardware. The door itself is in great condition but has some cosmetic imperfections. The top part of the door where the hardware attaches has some scuffs on the finish and on the side of the door where the handle would do, there are some scratches in a couple of places. Will need to be sanded down and touched up. See pics
