Out of box item, may require some assembly. All drawer pulls ARE included- they are on the inside of the drawers.

Note: There is a chipped piece on the front left leg - it's been saved and taped inside the top middle drawer, see photo. Additionally, there are a couple other smaller nicks/scratches on the left side.
