This vanity is in great condition. The sink is not attached, but the bowl is not broken - shown in photos. No cracks or scratches on marble. The bottom right side legs have some small dings and scratches - shown in photos. All drawers and cabinets open and soft close properly. Backsplash *NOT* included.
