This is a fixer upper swing. It does turn on and the sound works just fine, but the movement doesn't work properly. When you turn the swing part on, it runs for a couple of seconds then shuts down. This is for someone handy, maybe get some replacement parts. Sold as is, couple cosmetic scuffs. See pics
