Note: This is an open-box item and has been assembled to test the function. This appears to have been used and shows a couple of small scratches on the metal frame. There have been two bolts that replaced the original bolts on the handle and are larger than the original but allow this to function as intended. There is a gash on the swivel lever near the base and a group of scratches on the decorative cap that surrounds the swivel mechanism. See in-house photos for details.
