These chairs are in the box and assembly is required. One box came with a small hole and loose contents, so smaller hardware pieces may be missing in one. Chairs appear to be attempted to be put together - shown in photos, reflected in price. One chair has a split top wooden piece - shown in photos. Makes for a DIY repair project
