As is Note: This is brand new but was damaged during shipping and must have been a display as hardware is repackaged and might be missing a screw or two. There is light scratching on the lids, one of the latches is missing orange covering. And a wheel is missing. A quick search reveals wheels can be purchased from Amazon.
