Item is out of box in good condition. Stone top has minor crack - should not affect function (see photo, blue tape denotes where crack is). There is a bit of paint chipping on the bottom right side. Legs need to be put on - hardware included. Comes with backsplash. Vanity shows a bit of warehouse dust. Please see all photos.
