Note: OUT OF BOX, ASSEMBLED ITEM. **AS IS - Top is cracked in several places. Sink also has crack in it. Cracks marked by blue tape. Minor damage to corner/edge of small drawer. Markings/Damage to bottom edge of long drawer. See pictures for more details.** There is a large sticker on top that will need removed with adhesive remover.
